Account Issues
Your Password is Not Working
Make sure you enter the correct username and password. Passwords are case-sensitive so check that your Caps Lock key is not turned on. Refer to your registration email to make sure you are entering the login info exactly.

If you still cannot log in, try to reset your password. You will need to know your username, email address, or Subscriber ID to reset your password. Once you fill out the form, you will be emailed a new password.

Changing Your Password
If you are able to login to our account and want to change your password, you can do so in the Your Account page at any time.

If you are able to login to our account and want to change your email address, you can do so in the Your Account page at any time.

If you cannot login and do not have access to your registered email address (required for password resets), you can reset your email address. To do this, you have to confirm your identity by supplying your username and Subscriber ID. This information is available through your billing provider.

Login Errors
If the system is telling you that your account is expired, it's likely that your billing provider has had an issue processing your credit card. You may contact CCBill for more information.

Cancelling Your Subscription
You may cancel at any time by going to Your Account and selecting the option to cancel your subscription. You will be able to access the site through the remainder of your subscription term and can re-subscribe at any time with the same account. Doing so will enable you to keep the same username and all your saved items and contributed comments.

Your billing provider is CCBill.

Charges
The membership fee will discreetly appear as "CCBill.com" on your credit card statement. If you have questions about your bill, please contact CCBill directly.

Billing Cycle
Your billing cycle start date depends on when your credit card was initially charged by your billing provider. Contact them for further information.

Credit Card
You can update or change your credit card information at any time by contacting your billing privider directly.

Other Types of Payment
We're sorry, but we do not accept checks, money orders, PayPal, or any additional forms of payment other than what is offered through the billing provider.


Graphics and Video
Photo Quality
If the photos display poorly in your browser, you may need to set your display to either 24 or 32 bits. Our photos will not look their best if you are using a lower setting. To change the display settings, go to the Control Panel and choose Display. Click on Settings and set the video card to 24 or 32 bits.

Video Quality
Higher resolution videos play at a very high data rate and are very CPU intensive. They may not play smoothly on older or slower computers. If the video stutters during playback, your computer is not fast enough to play them. Try closing any other running applications to free-up resources on your computer.

Playback Problems
Make sure you have the latest version of Windows Media. Our downloadable videos are in WMV format. The Windows and Mac versions can be downloaded from Microsoft's Download Center. If you are sure that you have the latest version and things are still not working, please refer to Microsoft's support documentation for help.
